There are two aspects that really stand out about this tie.  First is the varying stripe thickness and secondly is the three directional stitching within the stripes.  The large white stripes contrasted the bold black and Blue while the light blue softens the edge.  The tie really looks good with any enable from slacks to jeans.  The same design is available in blue, green and white.  Also available in standard length.
